A. Service Introduction

THEHANA Wholesale (wholesale) is a product in which buyers purchase a seller's service in wholesale form and receive the seller's service. It offers a variety of services such as outsourcing services for development/marketing, networking events, groupware, etc. and allows users to use these services at a lower price than the market price through HANA's support.

B. Basic Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and refund are possible through mutual agreement between the expert and the client.
2. Refunds are not possible after the service has been completed or provided, such as data, programs, etc. (In cases where the provision of digital content under Article 5 of Paragraph 2 of Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Act or Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the Basic Law for the Promotion of the Cultural Industry has been announced)

C. Expert Liability

1. If the expert fails to perform the originally agreed-upon service due to their own fault or significantly deviates from the generally accepted standards, a full refund of the payment amount is possible.

D. Client Liability

1. If a refund is requested due to the fault of the client during the service, the amount used will be calculated as follows and a 10% deduction will be made from the total amount for the refund:
- Before 1/3 of the total work is completed: 2/3 of the amount paid
- Before 1/2 of the total work is completed: 1/2 of the amount paid
- After 1/2 of the total work is completed: No refund will be given.
